 Excludes:

  1. Hotel stay before 2 Nov 2015 and after 6 Nov 2015, and all other hotel incidentals.
  2. Companion's attendance at the conference and/or social activities.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

Cancellation must be sent in written at last three weeks before the conference begin. The cancellation must be confirmed by the secretariat. Only 90% refund will be returned to registrant.
